Returns
Due to Safety and Security of the Aerospace Industry and the Manufacturer Certification Process, we cannot accept any returns. You have 10 days from when you receive your order to file any issue with our customer service department about your order at parts@ottosenprop.com or call our Customer Service at +1-(602)-275-8514. Please have your contact information and your proof of purchase to verify your order. Items sent back to us without notice will not be accepted.
Damage, Exchange, and Issues
Please inspect your order Within 10 Days upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate your issue and remedy the situation to the best of our ability.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
